Welcome to a modern villa featuring an open-plan layout and high ceilings that create a bright and airy atmosphere. Located approximately 700 meters from the sea, a charming forest path through a nature reserve leads you directly from the property down to Sweden’s longest sandy beach. Here, you will stay in a peaceful location with beautiful views of nature, while still being close to everything Båstad has to offer.

THE VILLA (6 beds + extra mattress)
Standard: Modern, bright, and spacious with high ceilings.
Beds: 3 bedrooms with large, comfortable beds. An extra mattress is also available if you need an additional sleeping space.
Linens & towels: Brought by the guest.
Outdoor area: Large yard with a wonderful jacuzzi, gas grill, and outdoor furniture in a beautiful setting facing nature.
Amenities: Wi-Fi included, parking right by the house.
Final cleaning: Can be purchased as an add-on if desired.
Option available to rent 4 additional beds in a separate apartment section (see details below).

OPTIONAL APARTMENT (+4 beds & private bathroom)
Are you a larger group? The villa also includes a separate apartment section with an additional 4 beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and a simpler kitchen (microwave, hot plates, and refrigerator). The apartment has its own private entrance, but can also be opened up from inside the villa so everything connects into one large house with two bathrooms in total. This can be rented for an extra charge for groups wishing to accommodate up to 10 people. The apartment section is never rented out to third parties, ensuring you always have the entire yard and jacuzzi completely to yourselves.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES
The villa is perfectly located for both families with children and active adults. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a football field, a modern playground, and a cozy barbecue area. For sports enthusiasts, tennis courts at Drivan and the Stadium, Malenbadet’s heated pools, mini-golf, bowling, and several world-class golf courses are just a short distance away.

TRANSPORTATION
The train station is only 2 km from the house, making it very easy to travel here by public transport.

RENTAL TERMS
The villa is rented out weekly to responsible adults. Non-smoking. Pets may be allowed upon agreement.

High season: Up to 22,000 SEK/week
