Beachfront apartment with sea view in Byxelkrok

We rent out our nice apartment in northern Öland.
The apartment is rented weekly during high season (weeks 27-32), at other times and upon request it is also possible to rent daily (minimum two nights).
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen/living room with dining area, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc. Bathroom with shower. A living room with TV and sofa. A large bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and a smaller one with bunk beds. Two patios, a smaller one at the entrance and a larger terrace with sea view. The terrace has a lounge sofa, dining area and electric grill.
50 meters to Byxelkrok's nice beach and 150 m to the harbor with restaurants and boathouses.

Good to know:
- bring your own bed linen and towels
- one parking space for a car is included
- two bicycles are available to borrow
- there is no WiFi, but the TV has a chromecast so it is fine to share your own internet connection via telephone/network.
- the apartment is not rented to young people under 25 years of age.
- the tenant is responsible for cleaning upon departure
- smoking not allowed indoors
- no pets

Cancellation conditions are according to Stugknuten's terms and conditions "Strict", which means that cancellation no later than 60 days before the agreed arrival date gives a full refund. If cancellation no later than 30 days before the agreed arrival date, 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
