Our holiday home is located on Äppleudden about 6 kilometers north of Västervik on the Norrlandet peninsula along Gamlebyviken and with a view of the bay. The water is about 100 meters away and a sandy beach is about 200 meters away.
The accommodation includes about 55+20 square meters including a glazed furnished conservatory. In addition to this, there is also a guest cottage of about 25 square meters. The houses were renovated in 2018-2019 with, among other things, new bathrooms.
Beautiful raised plot of about 1200 square meters.

From the balcony there is a view of Gamlebyviken.

In addition to the balcony, there are two small patios and a veranda, all three places have a small table and a few chairs.
