Since my father has been offered a place in a residential care home, a large townhouse in the city center is now available during the summer weeks. The house has three floors plus a basement, four toilets, three showers, and a sauna. It was converted into a residence in 1970, after which some renovations have been carried out. The standard is good, although somewhat worn in places.

The third floor has a large living room with a sea view, as well as the master bedroom.
The second floor contains four smaller bedrooms and a study.
The ground floor includes a kitchen, dining room, study, and laundry room.
The basement contains a hobby room with sleeping accommodations and a sauna.

The house is located in the heart of Visby old town, in a small alley near the St. Drotten Church Ruin.
The house is rented out on a weekly basis, from Monday to Monday
