Welcome to our cozy and family-friendly house in southern Dalarna – perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, beautiful nature, and easy access to both summer and winter activities.

The house is located in a scenic, nature-filled area with only about 400 meters to a swimming spot, making it easy to enjoy refreshing dips during the summer. For winter sports enthusiasts, both Säfsen Alpin and Romme Alpin are within convenient distance (approximately 35 minutes by car).

About the house
The house is suitable for year-round living and features a well-thought-out layout that works perfectly for both families and smaller groups. There are several sleeping options and plenty of space for socializing.

Sleeping arrangements
There are currently two bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the other has a 120 cm bed that can accommodate two children. There is also a third bedroom without a bed, but it includes a sofa that can be used as a bed, as well as an extra foldable guest bed.

Layout
On the ground floor, there is a spacious hallway, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a TV/living room, and a separate dining room.

Family-friendly
The area is calm and safe, making it ideal for families with children. The proximity to nature offers great opportunities for play, excursions, and relaxation.

Heating and comfort
The house is heated with an air-source heat pump and a soapstone stove, providing both efficient heating and a cozy atmosphere during colder months.

Here you stay close to forests, lakes, and outdoor activities all year round – whether you want to hike, swim, pick berries, or go skiing.

The tenant is responsible for bringing their own bed linen and towels.
