Chalet Fjällfoten is ideal for skiing enthusiasts, families, or friends looking to enjoy mountain activities or simply relax. With a total of 8+3 beds, the villa provides comfortable accommodation for one or two families.

Middle floor

· Large bedroom with two family bunk beds (120/90 cm wide), a sofa seating 2–3 people, as well as a TV, DVD player, bedside tables, bedside storage and a chest of drawers.
· Bathroom with tiled floors/walls, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, and bathroom cabinet.
· A spacious hallway with a hat rack, shoe rack, chest of drawers and a ski boot/shoe dryer.

Upper floor

· A cosy bedroom loft with a 160 cm wide double bed, bedside tables, a clothes rail, and a chest of drawers.
· High ceilings and access to a balcony with stunning mountain views, where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun.

Sauna

· A wood-fired sauna in a unique igloo-shaped design adjacent to the villa, seating up to 6 people.

· Ski storage: Located in the carport
· Duvets & pillows: Provided on the beds; extra duvets and pillows are available in the wardrobe in the bedroom on the lower floor
· Entertainment: 2 TVs (TV channels to be available from autumn 2026), a DVD player with a selection of children’s films, board games, jigsaw puzzles
· Fire safety equipment: Smoke alarms in all bedrooms, powder fire extinguishers, fire blankets

Booking Terms and Conditions

The following Booking Terms and Conditions apply when booking Chalet Fjällfoten.

· Booking periods: Bookings are permitted on a weekly basis (Sunday to Sunday) or for a short week (minimum 3 nights).
· Check-in: From 17:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible; please contact the letting agent one week before arrival to enquire.
· Check-out: No later than 09:00 on the day of departure.
· Departure cleaning: Departure cleaning is compulsory. The tenant is responsible for carrying out the cleaning themselves in accordance with the cleaning instructions in the House folder, which is available in the Chalet.
· Pets: Allowed
· Smoking: Complete ban both inside the Chalet and on the property
· Bed linen & towels: Please bring your own; not provided
· Age limit: 25 years; does not apply to children accompanied by a parent or guardian
· Cancellation: Free cancellation with a 100 per cent refund of the rental amount up to 60 days before the arrival date; thereafter, cancellation with a 50 per cent refund of the rental amount up to 30 days before the arrival date. After that, the full amount will be charged.

· Winter: Ski-in/ski-out access to the ski slopes, close to cross-country skiing trails and snowmobile routes.
· Summer: Mountain hiking, mountain biking, golf, fishing, and swimming in nearby lakes, among other activities.

Chalet Fjällfoten is located in the Fjällfoten area, right in the heart of the Klövsjö ski resort, just below the "Lätta slingan" slope, which is part of the Klövsjö/Storhogna lift system. You can ski directly to the chalet from the piste, and to access the piste, you can either walk up a flight of steps on the other side of the road or ski about 150 metres along the road leading down to the slope.

Approximately 500 metres below the chalet, there are floodlit cross-country skiing trails of 3.2 km and 5.5 km.

At Klövsjö Ski Centre, about 600 metres from Chalet Fjällfoten, you’ll find Hotel Klövsjöfjäll, which offers lively après-ski, a cosy restaurant, a spa, a gym, and a sports shop with ski equipment hire. In summer, the shop also rents out SUPs. There’s also a Skistarshop here where you can hire ski equipment and collect or purchase lift passes.

Just behind Hotel Klövsjöfjäll lies Lake Svartåstjärnen, where you can swim and fish for rainbow trout and char (put-and-take).
