Modern year-round cottage with sleeping cabin, two patios, a shady pergola and an open sun area with barbecue, in a south-westerly position, with its own driveway and garden. Free access to the area's swimming pool, 25m pool and baby pool, 12-hole minigolf and playground in approx. 15 minutes' walking distance.

In the immediate area is Lake Västersjön for beach bathing or the possibility to rent a rowing boat or buy a fishing license. (not guaranteed), approx. 30 min walking distance.
At just under 2 miles driving distance is Ängelholm for restaurants, shopping, beach bathing and the Railway Museum.
At just under 3 miles driving distance is picturesque Laholm with a hydroelectric power plant, and it is possible to go by steamboat or buy a fishing license and fish in the Lagan river.
At a driving distance of a number of miles is the Bjäre peninsula with the famous nature reserve Hovs Hallar and the picturesque coastal resorts; Båstad for tennis, restaurants, shopping and swimming, as well as Torekov for idyll and food, and perhaps a day trip by boat to Halland's weather island.

The rent includes electricity and water for normal use.

A deposit of SEK 2,500 is payable upon arrival.
