Unique accommodation in a converted barn Hamra

A fantastic, relaxing, huge house that was previously a barn with a view of large fields and Gotland's southernmost vineyard. Large areas with lots of light thanks to large glass doors but with a retained sense of the place's history. A beautiful and well-thought-out walled garden that protects against wind and visibility. Our Lada is located right next to Långmyre winery about 2 km from Hamra (Hamra tavern very nice and popular restaurant)
The nearest beach is in Vändburg about 1.5 km away but there is also an unofficial beach in a cow pasture about 1 km from the barn.
Downstairs in the barn there are two large social areas with sofas , a stove to burn in and a kitchen with dining area for about 8-12 people. There is also a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with a double bed in each room and two 90-size beds that can be moved around and a nice old Gotland sofa that can be made into a bed for a smaller person.
There is also a small bedroom with a single bed or two junior beds. In addition, there are two tent beds. Upstairs there is also a TV corner and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The plot is large and has several patios with tables, chairs, outdoor sofa, hammock and trampoline. There are 4 adult bicycles and 3 children's bicycles to borrow and wifi is included.
Here you can have a contemplative holiday with morning coffee in the quiet little garden, but the house also allows large dinners with generous social areas.
You can shop in Burgsvik 10 km away, but freshly baked bread is only 1 km away. Yoga in the village hall and several nice bike/hiking trails.
There are plenty of hidden gems to discover within cycling distance and nice restaurants and cafes in Vamlingbo, Holmhällar, Sibbjäns and Burgsvik.
Concerts at Grå Gåsen in Burgsvik (Så mycket bättre-huset) and several art exhibitions nearby.
