Seaside holiday home with private jetty

Welcome to rent our modern, newly renovated, year-round holiday home, located on a sloping natural plot (not child-friendly) in a quiet area by the sea. The house has an open floor plan with a living room, doning area and a well-equipped kitchen and panoramic windows facing the sea. There are two identical bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The house has an open location with fresh sea breezes. Connected to the house is a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a grill.

There is also a small waterfront cottage with a wood-fired sauna and a private jetty. Outdoor seating areas with a grill is available both by the main house and the waterfront cabin.

The surrounding area offers great opportunities for swimming and lovely nature walks, as well as many enjoyable excursion destinations. Within 5-12 km, you will find two nice cafés, one of which serves waffles, as well as a couple of summer restaurants. The nearest grocery store is located 16 km away. For those who enjoy golf, there is a golf course 14 km from the house. Stockholm is approximately 50 km away.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people, no children. Although we like animals, the house is kept allergy-friendly and pets are therefore not allowed.

Guests provide their own bed linen and towels and are responsible for (final) cleaning.
