Fridbo is a large stone house from 1925 that has been renovated to modern standards with all amenities.
The house's location is a base for excursions to Ystad, Österlen, or westwards to Skanör, Malmö, Copenhagen, etc.
It is 2.5 km from the beach in Skateholm, midway between Ystad and Trelleborg.
The house is rented to responsible people and booking is done after verbal contact. Bicycles are available to borrow. In the surrounding area, there are many quiet cycling paths, and Sweden's southernmost point, Smygehuk, is about 8 km away. Cycling to the sea takes about 8 minutes.
There are 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms have double beds, and another room has 2 single beds (90 cm) that can be put together. A total of 7 beds.
The price varies depending on the number of guests, i.e., 2 people pay less per night than 7 people.
The base price for the house is 1100 SEK per night, and then 100 SEK per adult per night is added. This fair pricing model means that the price increases at the same rate as the number of guests.
A total of 3 bathrooms, laundry room/washing machine, shower, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, etc. Fully equipped kitchen of 25 sq.m. TV in the bedroom and living room, only channels 1 and 2. 3-4 outdoor patios, charcoal grill, sun loungers, parasol, drying rack. Parking spaces. Lawns for outdoor activities, a gazebo, and in the village there are smokehouses, a playground, and a football field as well as a motorhome parking area. Awnings for hot days. No pets or smoking indoors. The house is rented out in half or full weeks during the summer months, Week 29 only as a full week. Cleaning is done by the guest before check-out.
