Holiday home with year-round standard on Resö

Relatively modern house built in 2014 on Romleborg Resö with all amenities. There are 3 bedrooms in the house with a total of 6 beds, two so-called "children's rooms" with a family bed each and a room with a double bed. The house has an air heat pump that maintains a comfortable temperature even when it gets hot outside, a dishwasher and washing machine and a sauna. You bring your own towels and sheets and clean up yourself before leave. About 200 meters from the house there is a long, nice sandy beach where you can swim at a large, nice pier, excellent crab fishing for the little ones. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the harbor where there is a grocery store that sells basic goods all year round. From midsummer onwards, the bakery "Panget" is open and the restaurant Lexö in the harbor. You can order both shrimp and lobster directly from the fishermen in the harbor. Non-smoking house and no dogs. Bicycles are available to borrow as well as outdoor games such as kubb or badminton. You can park 2-3 cars in front of the house. Electric car chargers are available but are used for an extra fee (agreement with host). Tenniscourt available 200 meters from the house included in the rent.
