On the ground floor you’ll find a kitchen, living room, and a lovely terrace ideal for long breakfasts or evening barbecues. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a balcony overlooking the large garden. The property also features a pergola, a barbecue area, and a cozy park right next to the garden – perfect for both relaxation and play.
Swimming areas are located 4 and 10 km away. Nearby you will also find a pizzeria (4 km), a spa and massage facilities (2 km), and an indoor swimming pool about 30 km away.
Within an hour’s drive, you can visit several popular attractions such as Astrid Lindgren’s World, the historic town of Kalmar with its magnificent castle, the Dinosaur World, the County Museum featuring the warship Kronan, and the island of Öland with its beautiful beaches and swimming spots.
