Welcome to a well-kept villa with a large plot about 70 metres from the sea. Here you can swim directly from the pier or walk/drive to child-friendly Kårevik. Sun-drenched garden and patios in all directions. The largest patio has room for about 12 persons and the smaller 8 persons. The balcony on the upper floor offers a fantastic view of Klädesholmen, especially at sunset. The plot also has a spa bath and playhouse. Small trampoline can be borrowed and 2 kayaks. Fence around the entire yard if you have a dog.

The house is on 3 floors. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a small toilet with a shower. On the middle floor there is a kitchen, bathroom, living room with cooker, hallway and dining area with space for about 10 persons located in a glass veranda. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a pull-out double bed (2x80cm) and a sleeping area in a niche. Please note that there is an open plan upstairs and no door between the bedrooms. On the upper floor you will also find exits to two balconies.
