Small cozy newly renovated cottage in the genuine mountain village of Messlingen with a nice view of lake Messlingen and Anåfjällen.
The accommodation is located relatively secluded at the far end of the road with a small stream at the property boundary. Pisted cross-country trails, MTB and hiking trails are adjacent to the cottage.
On the property there is another cottage where the owner lives, only the cottage according to this advertisement is rented out and the owner will not be on site when the cottage is rented out.
The cottage is rented for a minimum of 6 nights.
The cottage, which was newly renovated inside and out in 2022 with new furniture, kitchen and bathroom fittings, is approximately 30 square meters.
The cottage has one bedroom and a combined kitchen and living room as well as a bathroom with toilet, shower, sauna and washing machine.
In the living room there is a TV with Chromecast, Wifi is available, kitchen with large fridge and freezer, stove with glass hob, combined microwave and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric whisk, waffle iron etc.
The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed (140 cm wide bed).
The cottage is only rented out to a couple or a small family.
On the plot there is a shelter with a barbecue area, there is also a barbecue stand that can be moved, birch wood is in the shelter and is included in the rent.
A pisted connection ski track to Fjällrikets Baggården's very nice pisted ski track system for cross-country skiing is about 50 m from the cottage.
