True ski-in-ski-out at the top of Hermelinbacken, just put on your skis outside the door and head out into Åre's ski system. In the summer you have direct access to the new XC trails in Björnen.
Absolutely perfect for families with children with proximity to everything. Walking/skiing distance to Åre XC-arena (track center) and all facilities in Åre Björnen such as Valles torg, ski shop, ski/bike rental, ski school, convenience store, restaurants, etc.
Fantastic view of the Jämtland mountains and Åreskutan from the cozy living room and balcony. Enjoy the fireplace and modern open-plan kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, of which 1 master bedroom/double bed, 1 room with bunk beds 90/120, 1 room with bunk beds 90/140 and a guest/TV room with sofa bed (extendable to 1 comfortable double bed).
2 bathrooms with shower, one with sauna.

High standard of interior and furniture. TV, fast WiFi, Bose sound system, washer/dryer.
1 car parking space outside the house and another 1 guest parking space in the area's guest parking.

In the summer there is the possibility of mountain hiking, trail running and mountain biking outside the door. Close to swimming in a mountain lake.

Prices depend on the week and even short weeks are possible in some weeks.
High season weeks are more expensive and can only be rented for a full week.
Departure cleaning included!
Tenant must clean up after themselves, empty the dishwasher/alternatively turn it on so that the dishes are clean in the dishwasher and empty/leave garbage at the waste disposal station. The cleaning patrol will take care of everything else.
Digital lock for easy handling and arrival when you wish.

The guest brings their own sheets and towels or rents from our cleaning company. Currently 215 SEK/person
