Welcome to our newly built (2020) holiday home in the heart of Bohuslän! Peacefully located with breathtaking sea views, it’s just a short walk to salty swims, rocky shores, and beautiful hiking trails in the Bua Hed nature reserve. You'll be close to coastal gems like Kungshamn, Smögen, Hunnebostrand, and Bohus-Malmön – yet still enjoy peace and seclusion.

🏡 The House
Our 120 m² home is tastefully decorated in modern Scandinavian style and equipped with all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday.

Layout & Sleeping Arrangements:

Master bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and private toilet.

Two guest rooms, each with a bunk bed: 120 cm lower bed and 90 cm upper bed – perfect for both children and adults (6–8 beds in total).

Spacious, modern bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, and underfloor heating.

Airy loft used as an additional living room – with space for up to three extra beds.

Living Areas:

Large open-plan layout connecting kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Big windows with views over the sea and surrounding meadows.

Wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, and plenty of workspace.

🌿 Outdoors & Location
Large terrace with dining table, lounge furniture, and a grill – perfect for long summer evenings.

Spacious garden surrounded by nature – ideal for play, rest, and views. Trampoline, hammock, and football goal are available.

Only a few minutes' walk to cliffs, beaches, and swimming spots.

Walking distance to Bua Hed – a scenic nature reserve with long sandy beaches and wide stretches of coastal heathland.

📍 The Area
5 minutes by car to Bohus-Malmön, 10 to Kungshamn/Smögen, and 15 to Hunnebostrand.

Shops, restaurants, lively harbors, boat tours, fish markets, and ice cream stands are all within short driving distance.

Great for families: beaches, hiking trails, a campsite with mini golf, playground, and convenience store just 15 minutes’ walk away.

📅 Rental Terms
Weekly rentals during summer 2025 (Monday–Sunday).

Guests bring their own bed linen and towels.

Final cleaning is performed by the guest. The house must be left in the same condition as upon arrival; otherwise, a cleaning fee may apply.

A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after approved inspection.

No smoking. Dogs are welcome – unfortunately, no cats due to allergies.

Please note: There is currently no fiber internet in the house. However, mobile coverage is good in the area, and most guests use their own data connection without any issues.
