Apartment in Österlen

Between Tomelilla and Simrishamn, just west of Lunnarp on road 11, we live in a farm, where there is also a blacksmith and a gallery. The apartment is primarily intended for adults, and secondarily for and teenager/s.
7000:- week. Changeover day Saturday. Other times or single days can be discussed if possible.

Very unique apartment with lots of art, books, a typewriter (the same as Hemmingway had), Bluetooth speakers, TV, wine cooler, everything that a normal kitchen has, kitchen boiler with accumulator tank and radiator, small stove, air heating/fireplace, 3rd floor with mattress and armchair. The apartment has been the boy's and maid's room, on the ground floor were the horses + milk room. You will live next door to our gallery. The stairs to the upper floor are a little uncomfortable (step height 20 cm, in standard rooms 17-18). The steps to the 3rd floor are only for fully mobile people. There is outdoor furniture in the yard on both sides. In bad weather you can sit in the gallery. Access to barbecue.

It is a 20 minute drive to Simrishamn and the East Coast, 30 minutes to the South Coast, the whole of Österlen is full of restaurants and events.
