Welcome to a unique architect-designed house in beautiful Salthamn

Welcome to a unique architect-designed house in beautiful Salthamn, just 12 km north of Visby. Enjoy a peaceful setting surrounded by pine trees, with the sea within walking distance, while still being close to Visby, restaurants and some of Gotland’s most popular attractions.

The house is bright and airy, with ceilings up to five metres high and large windows that blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. The open-plan layout and impressive ceiling height create a wonderful sense of space, making this a perfect place to relax and spend time together – ideal for couples, families or friends looking to experience Gotland from somewhere a little out of the ordinary.

Accommodation
The house is approximately 60 m² and features:
- two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed
- one additional bed
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- bathroom with shower and WC
- TV and Wi-Fi
- large terrace with outdoor furniture
- gas barbecue
- free parking directly outside the house

Start the day with breakfast on the terrace among the pine trees, and end it with dinner in the evening sun – with a glimpse of the sea through the trees.

Sea, nature and Visby within easy reach

The sea is approximately 500 metres from the house, and the surrounding area is ideal for swimming, walking and hiking along the Gotland coast.

Despite the peaceful setting, Visby is only around a 10-minute drive away. There is a bus stop nearby, and Visby Airport is also within easy reach.

Within walking distance you’ll find attractions such as Lummelunda Cave and Krusmyntagården. Just around 400 metres from the house is the popular Fabriken, with its restaurant, as well as the Rolf and Friends shop.

Here you really can enjoy the best of both worlds – peace, nature and the sea, while having Visby and the rest of Gotland within easy reach.

Practical information
Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
The house is primarily rented by the week, Sunday to Sunday.
