Cottage with its own sandy beach on the western part of Lake Nedre Brocken. For rent weekly from Sunday to Sunday. The cottage is located in a fantastic location with wonderful views of the lake. The rent includes a rowing boat and oars. 2 canoes (Canadian) are also included, Car parking on the lawn next to the cottage. Public swimming area with jetty is about 50 m from the house. Internet connection via mobile broadband router is included.

The residential building contains on the ground floor a bedroom with family bunk bed, hall, bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Wooden floors in most of the house. The bathroom has a toilet, sit-down bathtub with shower, washing machine and sink. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove with oven and microwave. Upstairs there is a living room/TV room with sofa bed (double bed) and a bedroom with a double bed. In addition, a tent bed and a double mattress. All rooms with fantastic views of the lake. The house has an air heat pump that can function as air conditioning on hot days. A charcoal grill is available to the tenant. Terrace with outdoor furniture, both under cover and without cover. Extra table and chairs. Lots of indoor games and quizzes.

A lovely lawn at the front of the property where you can play football, badminton, boules, kubb or croquet (equipment available)

On the property with an older, outdated caravan. However, with a perfectly ok double bed. Not included, but can be borrowed after a special request.

The house lacks a TV antenna. There is a DVD player and maybe 100 films. Bring your own box or similar.

The inflatable hot tub is not included.

There is also an older caravan with a double bed that is not included. It can be borrowed by separate agreement.

The road above the plot is a low-traffic road for about 20 properties.

Cleaning is additional for 800 SEK.

Rowing boat with oars is included (no outboard) There are perch, pike and zander in the lake. Fishing license required.
