Summer house by the sea on Ljusterö with sea view for rent between the 12th of July until the 30th of July. Minimum 7 nights.
Discount 20% for the tenant who rents the full period of duration between 12-30th of July.

Modern, newly renovated house in the southwest. High located with a view of the sea and nature.

The house is located in a quiet and beautiful area with a summer feeling, beautiful meadows and the archipelago in direct connection.

200 meters away, with a view from the house, is the boat and bathing jetty with bathing ladders, sandy beach and floating jetty.

Living room and kitchen in open plan. Wonderful social areas with dining table and sofa group both in the living room and out on the large balcony for eight people. Perfect for barbecue evenings with a view of the sea!

The house has 3 bedrooms where at least 5 people sleep comfortably. If necessary, there is also an 80 cm comfortable sleeping mattress.

Bedroom 1: 180 cm double bed
Bedroom 2: 2*90 cm single beds
Bedroom 3: 120 cm single bed + 80 cm extra bed.

The house has all amenities, well-equipped kitchen, sauna, washing machine, gas grill, broadband, TV/Chromecast and Sonos speakers. Baby chair and changing table are offered if needed.

About 1 hour by car from Stockholm.
Free car ferry that takes a few minutes and departs to and from the mainland several times an hour and every hour at night.
Bus stop Tuskövägen 1 km away.
There are also six steamboat docks on the island where the Waxholmsbåten goes all year round.

A mooring with floating pontoons is offered as well as a boathouse with its own storeroom/storage.
Boat guest space, provided name and contact details are noted on the list at the boathouse, is also available.

Bicycles (4 pcs) are available for rent.
Kayaks (2 pcs) are available for rent.
Water skis, cyclops/frog feet, tennis rackets, blocks etc are available.
Boat rental, aluminum boat 6.5 meters with 150 hp outboard, can be discussed given archipelago or coastal skipper's certificate.

Adjacent to the house is a large football field and nice nature walks.

Grocery store 3 km from the house on Ljusterö square. Nearby there is also a pizzeria, pasta restaurant, sushi, Skeppsbro bakery bus and cozy small shops.
In Linanös there are two restaurants, a small grocery store, a seafood restaurant and an ice cream parlor.
Ljusterö golf course has a lunch restaurant 2 km from the house.
Elsewhere on the island, there are also Klintsundet Café & Foodtruck and sea tavern, Ljusterö Gårdsbutik & Cafe at Apellgården in Tranvik, Kafe kaffekoppen & farm shop in Björkliden, Åsättra summer kiosk and Ljusteröfärjan's pub & grill kiosk.

Ljusterö golf 18 hole golf course + 2 padel courts 2 km from the house.
Väsby farm conference & health 2 km from the house has stables and offers tour riding with horses.
In Laggarsvik on Ljusterö there are also 2 clay tennis courts + padel court, street basketball court and grass soccer field.
On Ljusterö there are also museums, art, artisans and farm shops.
