Cottage on the lake

Built in 1934 by my Great Grandfather, this cottage has a big patio with a perfect view over the lake Övre Hillen. If mother nature cooperates this is a great place to spend your evenings.
During the day you can take the rowboat or canoe out for a realxing tour on the lake, life jackets in almost all sizes are available.
Fishing license can be bought if you feel like trying your luck (70 SEK/day or 300 SEK/year).
Summertime is grilling time and there is both a gas and coal grill available, gas is included but you buy your own charcoal/briquettes.
There is a soccer goal on the lawn as well as swings and there are a few garden games at your disposal as well.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, washer, dryer and municipal water.
With Ludvika only 3,5 km away all amenities are easily accessible: food stores, shops, restaurants and cafes.

On the property there are two cottages, the one we rent out and the one we live in when we're there. They are about 50m apart so we don't disturb each other even when we're there.

During high season (June 15 - August 15) we prefer weekly bookings from Sat 15:00 to Sat 12:00
