Wonderful summer house for many in Fiskebäckskil

We are renting our wonderful summer place for periods of spring and summer. A classic captain's house with a high location in the middle of Fiskebäckskil. The house has plenty of space for socializing both outdoors and indoors. On the lot, there are 3-4 arranged parking spaces (depending on car size) which are often in short supply in the community. The house consists of a main building and an additional building.

In the main building there are 5 bedrooms divided into the following and a room with a sofa bed:
Bedroom 1: Double bed 240 cm wide. This bedroom has a balcony.
Bedroom 2: Double bed 160 cm wide
Bedroom 3: Double bed 180 cm wide
Bedroom 4: Single bed 140 cm wide. Small room with slanted ceiling.
Bedroom 5: Double bed 180 cm wide
Room with sofa bed 140 cm x 200 cm. This room is a walk-through room to bedroom 5 and suitable for eg parents and children or very good friends.
Bedroom 6: In the additional building there is no water or sewage, but only one bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide + smaller cot 160 cm long and a small adjacent crawl space with a smaller cot 160 cm long. Windows in both of these rooms.

Childrens equipment: IKEA high chair, stair gates, bathroom stool, toilet seat for small children and bath tub are available. Children's books, Duplo and Lego as well as a few assorted toys for indoor and outdoor activities are also available.

In the main building, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, dining room, living room with two different seating areas and on the upper floor another small sofa with coffee table. In the house, there are also two shower/toilet rooms.

Board games for rainy days are available. Cube and croquet are available for outdoor play.

There are 3 TV sets, but only the one in bedroom 1 has channels 1 and 2. Other TV sets have HDMI cables for connecting your own computer/TV box for content delivery. The Wi-Fi network has good capacity and has coverage throughout the house and the garden.

In the private garden, there is garden furniture (a seating area, extra folding chairs and some sunbeds) and barbecue.

We are renting out both individual rooms or the whole house.
The entire house is only rented out for whole weeks during high season and minimum 3 nights for other periods.

Price for a double room is 1000 SEK.
Sheets and towels and cleaning are not included but can be purchased as extra services.


Close to the playground, swimming area, restaurants, marina and the church.
In the area, there are opportunities for golf, tennis, padel, horse riding, canoe rental, gym etc. etc.
