New build house in Södvik

Welcome to a newly built house (2019) in Södvik. The house is modern and and fits you who want more than an ordinary vacation house. It has five rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry. It's a big yard and in the front yard there is a porch with morning sun and in the back yard there in a porch with sun in the afternoon.

In Södvik you find Södviks bageri - a combined bakery and general store which also make great pizza. There you also find the local tavern Gamla Gästgivaregården. Södvik is a charming and calm village situated inbetween Borgholm and Böda. From Södvik you can easily reach several of the tourist attractions at Öland, such as Borgholm Castle, Solliden, Trollskogen, Lådbilslandet and Eketorps borg. In eastern Södvik there is also a bird sanctuary. Besides the beach in Sandvik there are several great beaches nearby.

You have to be more than 30 years old in order to rent the house. (Of course we rent to families). Maximum 6 people can rent the house. Unfortunately no animals/pets are allowed.

Towels and sheets are not included. But can be rented to an additional cost. A cot/crib is available if needed.

Final cleaning is not included.
