The semi-detached house is located close to the lift connection between Tandådalen and Hundfjället. About 300 m to the lift. We ski to the lift. Ski out. From the lift you ski about 150 m and walk about 150 m. It is also possible to ski to the house with slalom skis if the skier is strong (small uphill). Very close to cross-country ski trails. The house is located south facing with a view of Hundfjället. Close to the centre of Tandådalen with restaurants, grocery stores and Skistar shop etc. The house has 6 + 1 extra bed. One bedroom has a double bed with 2 beds + extra wall-mounted bed. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds with 4 beds.

The house is about 60m². Living room with integrated kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower and a small sauna. Washing machine, dishwasher, drying cabinet. Underfloor heating in bathroom and hall.
