A 125m² dwelling, Lôkes Hälsingegård in Järvsö

Our wooden castle, Lôkes Hälsingegård, has room for about 20 persons. The wooden castle is divided on three dwellings (apartments with self-catering) and if you wish to rent more than one dwelling it is easy to open up to two or three dwellings. The house is the size of a mansion and was totally renovated during 2016-17 and is of 500m², which of circa 400m² is available to let and divided on three dwellings.

Lôkes 1 = Bengan Jansson’s dwelling of about 125m², two large bedrooms, one smaller together with a spacious kitchen, lounge, hall ways and an all new bathroom. Six beds + 3 spare beds. Suitable for 1-2 families.
Lôkes 2 = Familjen Lindström’s dwelling of about 125m², two large bedrooms, one smaller together with a kitchen, large lounge, punch porch and two all new bathrooms + 1 WC. 7 beds + 1 spare bed. Suitable for 1-2 families.
Lôkes 3 = Herrskapet Sved’s dwelling on the first floor of about 140m²: Marriage chamber, bedroom suite, spacious festive hall of 60m² with a grand piano, long table and an all new kitchen. Shower room and WC. 6 beds + 1 spare bed.
At our large ground plot there are patios, a spa tub and good space for cars, snow mobiles, skies or whatever activity you are into.
