Spacious and cozy two-floor cottage with 8+2 beds, high standard and comfort in the quaint village Messlingen.

The cottage is located just next to ski trails, MTB and hiking trails as well as snowmobile trails. The lake Messlingen with good fishing is just down the hill. The skiing slope Kappruet is just about 5 kilometers away, and the local store is just a few minutes walk away.

The cottage is possible to use for persons with disability thanks to accessibility improvements such as for instance a stairlift.

8+2 beds are available in 4 bedrooms and one convertible sofa in the downstairs sitting room: one with a double bed and one with a bunk-bed upstairs, one with two single beds and one with a bunk-bed downstairs, and a convertible sofa with two beds in the sitting room downstairs.
