facing SW. Calming sunsets. Beautiful 19th century house, well preserved atmosphere. Private waterfront, cape &
harbour. Large garden, Naturally secluded, yet walking distance to pittoresque genuine village.
Authentic sauna in boathouse, shared with others staying in nearby house on the property, small rowingboat, private parking right by the gate to the property (no carferry to Dalarö).
Many outdoor furnitured places to enjoy the nature and view. relaxed swimming and sunbathing
from the very small sandbeach in harbour, or from the quayside or boatjetty, or from the cliffs. Fishing of
course possible and free in the archipelago.
There are plenty of toys for children. A couple of old bikes are possible to go out with. There are
outdoor grill possibilities. The house have a high standard in an old authentic 19th century style with a small, modern and very nice bathroom, WC and shower.
Refrigerator and freezer. Large washingmachine. Small and modern dishwasher. Microwave,
waterbowler, coffecooker. TV/DVD and CD/radiostereo. Telephone in the house.
Cell/Mobiletelephone coverage is good. All the regular housing equipment are here to help
you enjoy your stay smoothly - like towels, linen, glasses, books...
The village have lots of opportunities with many shops, a good grocerystore called ICA, fishshop,
delicatessshops, clothing, restaurants, café, bakery, hotel, gasoline. The genuine village is well
worth many walks and sights. The little church have concerts at summer. There are many things
going on at summer yet still this place is relaxingly secluded - a place you really don''''t need to go away
from!
The village also have opportunities very near like tennis, beach, guestharbour for
salingboats, soccerfield, kids playground, golfcourses (9-hole 5 km, at least two 18-holes 10km),
horses, kajak/canoes rental, bicyclerental, passengerboats to go out with to the archipelago, national
forests, woods and birdareas to have that special nature adventure, if not going out in the archipelago, of
course.
Stockholm is also only 42km (45 minutes by car) from here with everything the capital city of
Sweden has to offer! Bus/commutertrain is also working well, and frequently, from here to Stockholm, many people
uses them (60 mins).
Anfahrt:
42 km south of Stockholm. Motorway (road number 73) south out of Stockholm. Then a nice and good countryside
road all the way to the private parking by the gate (no carferry to the island of Dalarö - only a small bridge).
