It is a nice and cosy house during the whole year. 150 squaremeter in two floors
The house is situated in the northen part of Skärhamn with a lovely view
opposite the nice village Skärhamn.
BATH
The house has 180 degrees seawiew. In flipflop and bathingcostum can you walk 50 meters to take a swim in the sea on deep water.
If you walk 5 minuts you will find a beach where children can have some
fun. Nearby Akvarellmussét there is a lovely big beach also for wollyboll.
THE HOUSE AND THE ROOMS
Infront of the house it is a large terass 150 squarmeters, outdoor-funiture and a little paviljong.
In the house there are 3 bedrooms all with seaview. One of them on the
firsth floor has a door outdoor to the terass, two beds behind each other and one extra bed.
In the first floor there is a large sittingroom together with the kichin and two outdoors one from the kichinpart and one from the sittingroomspart.
On this etage is also one shower and toilette, wachmashine and tumbler
THE SECOND FLOOR.
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms one with a bubbelbed, the other with to separate beds and a bedsofa.
On the topfloor is also a sittingroom with sofa and balcony and one extrabed and bathroom.
There is an old Tv with video and a lot of old videofilms. There is no DVD but a CD- player
The house is allergifrendly and free from smoke and we can not take pets.
There is wireless internet in the house.
ARRIVALDAY: Saturday 16 pm
LEAVINGDAY: Saturday 11 pm if we do not have made any other agreement
ICA Nordevik in Skärhamn is a wellsorted foodshop that has a lot of other things as well. The shop is open 8.00-22.00 every day
There are many open gallerys in the sommer in Skärhamn, and Akvarellmuseueét is open the hole year but closed every monday.
