Apartment in newly built two-family house with three bedrooms, 6 + 2 beds, is rented out per week. The house is situated in the newly established “Duved Skiin Paradise”, with around 200 m to the ski-lift system in Duved/Tegefjäll. Hamrebacken, which is the nearest hill slope, is open for night skiing two days per week. The apartment is closest to the ski-lift system in the area, with a view towards Hamrebacken. Close to the house is also a cross-country skiing centre with tracks varying in length from 2.5 to 15 km and with totally 7 km of illuminated tracks. Walking distance to central Duved with shops for food, sports utilities etc. and with some restaurants and the railway station, which connects Duved to Trondheim in Norway and the whole Sweden. The apartment has a high quality, with heated floors in the at the entrance level. Here there is an entrance hall, separate WC, bathroom, sauna, drying chamber, one bedroom with bunk bed, one with double bed, the latter also with a TV. At the second floor there is a bedroom with bunk bed and a combined kitchen and living room. In the living room there is a couch which can be used as a double bed. Here is also a stove, TV and radio. In the kitchen there is a fridge and freezer, stovetops and oven and a dishwasher The kitchen is furthermore well equipped for serving up to eight persons. From the living room you can go out to the balcony where there is also a small unheated storage room. In a separate heated storage room at the ground level you can keep your skiing utilities. Connection for car motor- and coupé heater is available at the parking lot outside this storage room.
