the house. (Closest neighbour about 500 metres). Lawn, farm land and forest together
with private swimming spot at the river Klarälven (circa 400 metres) with a sauna,
garden furniture and a landing-stage. Also sauna/over night cottage at the grounds.
Boat, canoe, five life-jackets, four bicycles are included. Fishing in the river.Nice view
from the en-glazed verandha together with lovely forest trails. Moose and other
wildlife can often be seen from the house. Wonderful hiking trails in the area. Fully

Routebeschrijving:
From Gothenburg E45/E18 to Karlstad. From Karlstad road 62 towards
Munkfors/Hagfors . Just before Munkfors take road 241 towards Sunne. Drive 500
metres turn right towards Blia. Drive 500 metres turn right at Hotell Munken
towards" Västra Skymnäs 11". Drive for about 7km until you reach a small bridge. After
the bridge, circa 400 metres, turn left (at green mailbox "Fridhem" and prohibitory sign) onto
a gravel road and continue for about 250 metres up to the house.
