The summer house is beautifully situated on Skillingenäs cape. 4000 sqm secluded
natural garden. Several close swimming possibilities from our private dock,
beautiful cliffs and child friendly beach. There are opportunities to moor your own
boat at the pier. 5km to Nättraby with shops and a pizzeria / restaurant. From
Nättraby, you can go with a seventy old passenger boat, which daily departure to
the center of Karlskrona. Carlskrona Golf Club (8 km) offers a seaside course with
beautiful surroundings and experiences for golfers.
The house has an open floor plan with living room and fully equipped kitchen with
fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom in a nautical style with WC,
fully tiled shower and washing machine.
Three bedrooms, one with a sofa including two beds and works also as a TV room,
equipped with 46 inches flat screen TV with DVD. One bedroom has two beds and
one has a single bed. Another smaller bedroom with a bunk bed reached via the
surrounding patio and private entrance. Part of the patio is roofed with Weber
barbecue and garden furniture and invites to comfortable barbecues.
