Lovingly restored flat in very quiet location in the Canyon area. Has all the amenities of a stove, microwave, coffee maker, TV, DVD player and dishwasher (one of the few apartments that have it in Tegefjäll). Of course there is a sauna. Two bedrooms with bunk beds, one with double bottom and also a nice sofa bed in the cabin. Parking included.
Walking distance to the beach and Tegeforsen with good fishing. Easy to bike ride for both Duved (3km) and Åre (5.5 miles) because the road is almost completely flat.
Bus 157 stops below the houses several times a day.
Nice hike on Mullfjället and Ullådalen, just go straight up from the cottage. Normally there are plenty of cloud berries there too.
Minimum age for rental of 25.
