The villa is centrally located, close to both schools, sports facilities (eg, Olympia, Heden) and the town center - with beaches, restaurants, shopping and "Knutpunkten" for buses, trains and ferries - and golf courses like Vasatorp and Rya.
The apartment with about 50 square meters have large dormer windows with some views overlooking the water, natural air conditioning, dining furniture, comfy romantic sleeping corner for two, cozy sleeping area with two separate mattresses, large comfy sofa bed for two (W 240, L 204 cm), desk, 40 inch digital TV with satellite channels, fresh tiled bathroom with shower and underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster and water boiler. Broadband Internet, parking and garden is available.
NOTE: We do not allow smoking and pets. Because of stairs and windows not suitable for small children.

Deposit for keys and cleaning etc is 500 SEK and is payable on arrival. Sheets, towels and cleaning not included.
Possibility to hire sheets and towels 80 SEK per person. If you dont want to take care of cleaning yourselves 350 SEK.
