| To buy cleaning means that the landlord vacuums and clean the floors and toilets. Everything else such as washing, cleaning the kitchen and removal of garbage is done by the tenant. |

| In the event of an extra charge for money transferring from offshore accounts, will this charge be paid by the tenants.
