Charming cottage with spacious garden for relaxation, play and BBQ evenings, in a quiet but yet central location in Böda.

The cute cottage in the garden has two separate bedrooms, 2+3 beds and an addittional 2 beds in a corner of the kitchen. (66 m²). Additionally 2 beds are available in the so called “mother-in-law-retreat”, a cute little apartment on the bottom floor of the main house (30 m²).

The ideal place for families with children, and for different families or generations on vacation together.

The charming green garden offers shade underneath the many old fruit trees as well as sunny lawns, and it inspires to long BBQ evenings. Behind the main building is a grass field ideal for games and play.

The kitchens and bathrooms are well equipped, the common sauna and laundry room as well.

Please note that the owner from time to time uses one of the apartments in the main building (the building on the left on picture 1 in the advertisement).

Our house is located in the village of Böda, northern Öland, street address Kyrketorpgatan 13-15. The well known 15 km long sandy beach in the bay of Böda is only a few minutes walk away. The distance to services like bakery, restaurants, mini-golf and bicycle rental is 300m, and the distance to the supermarket and the small harbour with its restaurants and fish stores 500-800m.

Öland is one of Sweden’s oldest and best known tourist destinations and offer many attractions for young and old as well as beautiful scenery, picturesque villages and many historical sites.
