CHARMING HOUSE BY THE SEA, Bohuslän in Sweden

Charming, thoroughly, time typically renovated older cottage on Nösund with glass veranda and balcony with sea view, private beach and pier by the sea, lawn and a little sandy beach with cliffs, where you can sun-bathe, relax, grill...all private.

You are welcome to use our jetty and a small sailing ding. Additional site of private boat is at our pier, and also buoy (depth 150 cm). Insertion of boats is just 300 meters away.
The house has a kitchen with dining area, glass-enclosed veranda with table and chairs, a living room with an old TV, on the first floor there are shower and toilet, three bed rooms with washbasin on each room.

The house is situated on a slope down towards the sea. A road, crosses the area and there is a tunnel which goes under, so it´s easy to reach the beach.

The village Nösund is situated 80 km north of Gothenburg on the beautiful island Orust
In the village you find two bathing places, with cliffs, diving-boards, cabins and bridge.
In Nösund you also have resaurant with live music and a tennis-lawn.
Nösund has wonderful green surroundings, nice for promenades and bicycle tours.
With bicycle or car it´s fairly close to several nice old fisherman´s villages on the island Orust, such as Hälleviksrand, Mollösund and Gullholmen for instance. Orust also has plenty of relics of the past.
10 km from Nösund there is a very beautiful golf course.
