Beautiful cottage 125 meters from the seashore at the best location in Byrum
Sandvik, just where the sandy beach and the famous rocks (raukarna) meet. In
Solvillan, as the cottage is called, modern standard is combined with elderly charm.
Solvillan has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, WC, laundry machine and a
combined kitchen/living room with dining area, sitting area and a television set. The
kitchen equipment includes electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave,
kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The house has stained wooden floors.
The cottage is situated on a large, child-friendly, natural garden together with Three other cottages and some smaller sheds. Solvillan has a large, private, sheltered outdoor space facing South with furniture and a barbeque.
Pets are not allowed in Solvillan.
Number of beds: 4 +1 (sofa bed). Living area 34 m2. The cottage is rented weekly from saturday to saturday. Exceptions are weeks 25 (from saturday to sunday, 8 Days) and 26 (from sunday to saturday, 6 Days).
