Our very nice summer house is located between Borgholm and Köpingsvik, appr 3 km north
Borgholm and appr 1 km south Köpingsvik.
The house is located close to the sea with a nice seaview.
The entrance floor has a living room that goes together with the kitchen, two bedrooms (with a king
size bed in each room). Bathroom with shower, a new wash machine and new wash dryer. Outside
there is a large terass with a view over the sea, from the terass you can easily enter to the garden.
The upper floor has a dubbel bed, a single bed, a children bed (appr 1,70 m). Sofa group. It has a
balcony with a very nice view over the sea.
The garden and the house is very children friendly. The area where the house is located is very
quiet.
You can also easily find small sand beaches close to the house (600 m), and also the large sand
beach at Köpingsvik can be reached through appr 1 km walking. If you want to take a morning or
evening bath you can take a walk down to the small harbour close to the house (appr 300 m).
Rental only for families and mature people (30 years +). Only whole weeks are out for rent.
Cleaning is done by the rental guests, i.e. not included in the price. Electricity is included in the
price.
