Old fully equipped house in with tremendous view

A wonderful renovated house from about 1920 placed high with tremendous views over forests and lakes. You can rent it for one-week ore more and fish in our own small forest lake.
You’ll have the boat all for yourself. Everything is included in the price.
If you want to swim just walk 15 minutes down to the big forrest lake with fine beaches. And probably therell be no one there but you. Theres in other words two lakes, one bigger and one smaller.
The fully equipped house has a big kitchen with an brand new electrical stove as well as a stove for firebricks. There’s also a microwave and a refrigerator and freeze. In the bathroom you’ll find a WC and a shower.
There’s also a washing machine here.
In the living room there’s a bed couch, 48 inch smart-TV, 30 channels, DVD, and in the little room behind there’s also a bed coach.
On the second floor there’s two bedrooms with one double bed and two bunk beds.
Upstairs you’ll also find a balcony.
You will have fresh water from a drilled deep water system. And it tastes very good!
In the garden there’s furniture and of course a barbecue. For your safety the house has several fire alarms.
The house has broadband (100/100 Mbit) via optical fibre and wifi.
In the summertime you’ll find a lot of things to see. Why not visit “The Åmål Blues Festival” and listen to some good music for a whole week. You can also take a trip on “Dalslands Kanal” a little passenger boat that takes you on a ride for some hours.
There are some moose-parks you can visit and there you also can see plenty of
deer. You will also find some hiking trails around, and one of them “Pilgrimsleden” (about 50 kilometers) is close to the house.
The wonderful country Estate “Baldersäs herrgård” is just a few kilometres away
and there you can se the wonderful park with unusual beautiful trees.
The nearest food-store is about 10 minutes away by car and it takes about 30
minutes to reach Bengtsfors, Åmål and Mellerud by car.

comming from south and drive west for about 20 kilometers.

Mycket vackert läge och kringliggande skog och mark. Bra fiskemöjlighet. Dessvärre var badmöjligheterna i det direkt närområdet begränsade till andra människors egna iordningställda badplatser (dock bara en av dem i anslutning till ett hus). Väldigt vacker sjö med härliga bad, men olustigt att behöva oroa sig för att störa ägarna. Vid ett tillfälle blev vi också ombedda att lämna en av badplatserna. Själva huset är ganska slitet, men med mycket väl renoverat badrum och kök. Det är också väl utrustat i alla aspekter. Dessvärre präglas det av en unken "sommarstugelukt" och vi kunde inte använda sovrummet med dubbelsäng av denna orsak. Vi hade bra veckor och skulle verkligen rekommendera området, men tyckte att huset inte riktigt motsvarade priset samt att värden var något komplicerad.

Det var roligt att ni uppskattade naturen med alla dess möjligheter. Angående doften i det aktuella sovrummet, så kommer denna från ett speciellt träslag som den specialbyggda dubbelsängen är gjord av. Det finns ingen annan som anmärkt på doften av träet, men luktupplevelser är väldigt subjektiva. Huset är byggt 1924 och har mycket av sin charm i att det är lite patina i ett par av rummen och i trapphuset. Att huset inte skulle vara prisvärt motsägs av alla positiva kommentarer i gästboken sedan 15 år tillbaka. Och eftersom ni uppgav att ni ville komma tillbaka till boendet under vintertid och åka skridskor och skidor så kan det ju inte ha varit fel hyrespris. Att jag sedan skulle ha varit ”komplicerad” får stå för er. Jag kanske blev aningen irriterad när era barn använde en av byråarna som toalett och när prydnadssaker förstördes samt att er städning var katastrofalt dålig. Nu fick ni städa om, ersätta byrån och jag förstår att det kanske inte var så populärt.
