For rent per night or per week; Lovely two-bedroom holiday cottage, with small guest cabin. Sleeps 6-persons in all. Only 20 mins from the important birdwatching locality Ottenby and 10 mins to Grönhögen Golfcourse. The cottage is situated barely 75 m from the sea. The closest swimming beach is only 3 km away.
Ground floor: Well appointed modern kitchen containing everything you would expect in a kitchen: electric stove and oven, roomy fridge, freezer, ironing table and iron, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Combined living/diningroom, with dining table, comfortable sofa etc. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Grill/barbecue outdoors.
First floor: Two small bedrooms each with 2 single beds. We realise how important a good nights sleep is, therefore all our beds are new. The beds are equipped with top mattreses, pillows and continental quilts. Bedding is not supplied but can be provided at a small extra cost. The second bedroom is accessed through the first. The small guest cabin in the garden contains sleeping accommodation for two more persons, with two single beds. In all the bedrooms the beds can be positioned next to each other, or left apart.
The cottage sits in its own grounds with an attractive garden, with a lovely wooden terrace. Garden furniture is available. Smoking indoors is not allowed. No pets.
Price: 3-6 persons: 900 Swedish crowns per night, or 5000 Swedish crowns per week.
2-persons - special offer: For 1-2 persons the price is 750 Swedish crowns per night or 4500 Swedish crowns per week.

From the Öland bridge, turn south on route 136 in the direction of Ottenby. After about 25 mins you arrive at Klinta (also on route 136). The key can be picked up at Klinta Bird Prints in Klinta. First house on the west side of the road. We will escort you to the house or give you further directions.
