Lovely cottage in Nyehusen at the bottom of one of the cabin area's streets, but with 1217 m2 natural plot surrounded by pine forest. When you sit on the 40 m2 terrace, it feels like you're in the middle of the woods. It is about 500 meters to perhaps Skåne glorious sandy beach. Close to a number of golf courses, tennis, football, boules, etc. Good fishing in the River Helge ridge mouth on the Baltic Sea.
The house contains three bedrooms with two beds in each. There is also a bed in the living room and armchairs and a sofa. Kitchenette and dining area proper.
