Undisturbed, calm place with a beautiful view over the Lake Bullaresjön and with
own sand beach.
The house is situated on the peninsula "Holkekärrsnäs" with beautiful view over the
lake Bullaresjön in the northern of Bohuslän.
The House has 4 room & kitchen in two floors.
The kitchen is completely equipped: drinkable tap water, electricity, stove for
cooking, micro Owen,
coffee machine, toaster etc.
FIRST FLOOR: Large Kitchen, Dining room, TV-room with open fire and a bedroom
with 2 beds.
SECOND FLOOR: WC/shower, bedroom - 2 beds and an open hall with 1 bed.
OUTSIDE: There is a large garden with a lawn and apple trees around the house.
Outdoor furniture and a barbeque/grill are available.
A ROWING BOAT is included into the rent!
Lifejackets are available for children and adults (not babies)
SURROUNDINGS:
You are almost alone on the peninsula, there are only two other houses approx 4-
500 m away.
A sand beach with shallow water is only 400 m away. The Wood is just around the
corner, rich with mushroom and berries. Good footpath area.
Fishing is possible, fishing card required.
You can hire Canoe at the Camping site approx 2.5 km. There are several Canoe
paths in the area.
No SMOKING and NO PETS inside house!

Find us:
From the South: From Gothenburg take the E6 north towards Oslo. At Gläborg,
about 10 km north of Munkedal, turn right onto road 165 towards Hällevadsholm. In
Hällevadsholm turn right and continue on Road 165 in Halden, the "Blue-green
path".
After about 36 km turn right at the Bus stop "Holkekärrsnäs". Drive about 600
meters so you are there. The house is located about 3 km from the Norwegian
Border (Vassbotten/Holtet).
