RENTAL WONDERFUL HOUSE BY THE LAKESIDE TOWARDS THE CHANNEL BETWEEN YXLAN AND
FURUSUND "FURUSUNDSLEDEN"

Stockholm.
You can park your car just right up to the lot. There are also good bus and boat connection from
Stockholm. The house is 55 sqm and a 4300 square meter lakeside garden with wonderful sunset
against Furusundsleden. A place if you want to relax. All this together gives you a real feeling of the
"outer skerries",which can be reached by car. The house have a rowing boat ,kitchen with
fridge/freezer,a stove and a microwave, a grill and three fireplaces (both inside
and outside). The shower is outdoors (with ed amount of water),outdoor toilet/composting toilet
led. There is a small shop/kiosk, about 1km from the house (a grocery store is locaded at Blidö).
There is lovely paths where you can go for walks and joggs with a wonderful nature in the
archipelago of Stockholm.There are few visited neighboring destination such as home of Astrid
Lindgren and August Strindberg. The resturant and "Furusunds Wärdshus"is straight over the
channel which you may take a rowboat where they have a beautiful hotel. More frequently visited
places are "Saltkråkan" (Norröra),Rödlöga and Kapellskär and daytrip to Åland is just a boatride
away.
DIRECTION: 100 km northest of Stockholm,to Norrtälje against Furusund. Free roadferry to the
island Yxlan,2 km right down "Little Furusund Road 24" where the house is located.
