The house is a two family property lower apartment used by the landlord. The house is situated in the village of Kisa in Kinda Municipality. “Close to everything”.

The kitchen has facilities for cooking, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and crockery for 6 people. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Living room with TV, sofa, coffee table two extra beds and balcony with beautiful views. One bedroom with double bed the other bedroom has two single beds. Access to large garden of 1370 m².
Distance to Kisa center about 800 m. Kisa center has shops, restaurants, Taverna(Kisa Wärdshus) dating from the 1600s, car rental, trains and buses. In the other direction about 2 km there is a swimming area (badsten) and closeness to nature and lakes in Kinda Municipality.

Cost of consumed electricity is included. Changeover day Sunday unless otherwise agreed. No smoking throughout the house. Pets NOT allowed. Sorting of waste. Please bring your own bed linen. The house has an activity binder with suggestions for more experiences in the area. Good for both sunny and rainy days.
