Charming croft at Svinstorp

Croft, built in 1909 located in Svinstorp about 5km from Örkelljunga. This croft is situated at the edge of the forest with the land lord as your neighbor. Near beautiful nature with forest and 2km to Lake Vemmentorpasjön with a swimming spot and possibilities for fishing. Access to simple rowing boat at the lake (in summer season).
Garden with patio at the back, several apple trees and swings for the children. The garden borders to meadows and paddocks with cows.

The croft has one all-purpose room with a dining area, fireplace heating stove and a sofa bed, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with separate beds, kitchen, WC with a shower, together with a small storage room with a washing machine. Possibilities to borrow a high chair and a cot.

Near skiing at Vallåsen skicenter (in winter season), Kungsbyggets adveturepark with summer toboggan, zipline, bungyrocket, bike park, etc.
Visit Söderåsens Nationalpark and/or Kullens Nationalpark. Hike on Skåneleden which passes by only 2,5 km away from Torpet.
Visit the nice beaches in for example Ängelholm, Skummeslöv and Mellbystrand.
See and feed elks at Markaryds elksafari.
In Örkelljunga you will find grocery store, shops, indoor swimming pool, miniature golf, golf, outdoor gym etc.
