We rent out 1, 5 level house situated in the beautiful village of Ränte in Kronoberg,
Småland. Closeness to both lakes and forests. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, micro, oven and fridge/freezer. Wood stove to use during winter.
Wash room with washing machine and drying cabinet. Shower, bath tub and two WCs. Two bedrooms with two beds in each together with a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. Cot for small children and gates up stairs and down stairs. Large living room with TV, sofas and dining area. Two bicycles without gears.
Arrival day Saturday with earliest access at 14.00. Departure at the latest 11.00.
The house must be cleaned, empty and left as it was when you arrived.
Booking fee SEK 1,000/week and inserted into a bank account and the bank SEB,
the latest ten days after you have received your booking confirmation. Final
payment at the latest thirty days before arrival. Additional deposit of SEK 1,000
and will be returned at departure (from the deposit electricity (from 1 oct to 31 march) and possible damage/deductible/cleaning fees).
At cancellation 50% of the booking fee will be returned, no return if cancellation is
done less than thirty days before arrival.
