Our comfortable cottage lies in the middle of nature, yet close to the civilization. The unique location of the cottage makes it ideal for both active travellers and people who seeks quietness and peace.
Just nextdoor you can find one of Dalslands most beautiful national parks. Also, lake Ånimmen is ideal for swimming. Even children can swim safely.
Included in the rental are a small fishing motorboat (easy to handle) and a 2-person canoe (1 small child can sit in the middle). Boat/canoe is located in a wild lake just below Sörknatten were the famous Swedish movie Ronja rövardotter was shot. The mountain Lake (Bergtjärnet) is 1,6 km long and approx. 400 meters wide, perfect for fishing and canoeing. You will be completely alone in this lake, this wild nature, not touristic.

The cottage has modern facilities such as water toilet, shower, washing/dishing machines. Fresh crystal clear water is available from our own deep-drilled well of 93 meters. 2 verandas, one for the morning sun and one for the evening sun makes the day even longer. For rainy days, a cosy fireplace and satellite TV with various international channels are available. WIFI Internet (0,3mb/s up and down) and Apple TV is included.
If you need any help or guidance during your stay you just have to make a call and assistance will be provided. If you want us to provide fresh, high quality beddings incl. towels and/or cleaning of the house it can be arranged at a reasonable cost. Check-in/Check-out: You arrive saturday at 16:00 and departure next saturday 12:00
