Cozy cottage in the countryside in charming Gamleb

A quiet and pleasant holiday at the countryside? In the genuine Småland and Sweden with the nature around the corner and the sea just in front of you. But still near to Västervik and Gamleby.

The sea view and private jetty provide good conditions for a peaceful holiday. The house is located in the countryside a bit on a gravel road.
Amenities such as a shower, washing machine and flush toilet are available as well as a stove, fridge and freezer. The bathroom is relatively newly renovated and the other rooms in the cottage are refreshed in 2023. The kitchen is equipped with a basic set of kitchen utensils.

The house has a bedroom and a living room as well as a kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and sofa.
TV is available, but no channel range, requires some form of streaming (as well as own wifi).

There is a guest cottage on the plot with a double bed (160 cm).

The house has several lovely outdoor balconies with lovely sea views and the forest as a neighbour. There is outdoor furniture on the balcony. A barbecue is available.

The cottage has its own jetty, but access to a boat is not included. Take the opportunity to fish in the Baltic Sea, where it bites both summer and autumn.
Periodically during the summer months, there are cows that graze outside the house's plot, but they are kind and have a large area to move around, so you see them sporadically.

Pets are not allowed in the cabin. The cottage is non-smoking!! Please also respect other residents in the area and keep the speed on the gravel road.

Exchange day is Sundays. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning products are available.

We primarily rent weekly, but it may be possible to book a shorter stay by agreement. Please keep in touch.
