The houses are centrally located 200 m behind Coop in Ljugarn, it only takes 8 minutes to walk to Ljugarn's lovely beach.

A residential house of 108 square meters with a shower and two toilets, a nice kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed.
TV is in the living room with surround system 5.1 (Bose) and cromecast plus channel package and netflix included.
WiFi is included 1000 in and 1000 out so that there will be enough for everyone, TV in the bedroom.
Municipal water and sewage are available, so the water cannot run out.

Beautiful view of Ljugarn's ancient castle and the cows grazing in the pasture, although if it gets dry, the farmer can take them home.

The large cabin has a double bed, a small kitchen where most things are except a dishwasher.
TV, WiFi, wood stove and an armchair plus stool.
This cabin is cozy but not newly renovated.
The kitchen is newly renovated.
It has a balcony in front and a small patio, the associated toilet is in the large house's main entrance where there is also the laundry room that both families share.
Showering takes place in the shower cabin.

The small children's cabin has a kitchen, sofa, small TV, WiFi and a cozy sleeping loft with 3 places. There is also a sofa bed if an adult needs to sleep with the children.
The entire cottage is newly renovated with a lovely patio that overlooks the ancient castle, here there is outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities for cozy summer evenings.
Toilet and shower, same as the main cabin.

Houses and cottages can only be rented together by families who know each other because toilets are only available in the main building.
Only small dogs are allowed to stay here because we have two cats.

Landlords live on a plot of land behind the barn so we are close by if anything happens. We welcome you and show you around the houses.

Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant.
Exchange day is Mondays, check-in at 17.00, check-out at 11.00
Cleaning is done by the tenant.
