The cottage is 75 square meters, fully renovated around 2020. Large living room with working tiled stove and TV (with Cromcast), one bedroom with 2 beds, one with 5 beds, fully tiled shower and toilet room, modern and fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and freezer , dishwasher, washing machine. Large patio under roof facing west.
Friggebod with two beds. 1650 sqm flat grass plot and some trees. Privacy protection with plank.
The garage is not included, but a parking space under cover. Bicycles can be borrowed.
Dogs and small animals allowed, but no cats. Smoking outside only.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but duvets, pillows and blankets are.

A perfect summer accommodation for a family with children or for a quiet and comfortable holiday. Haverdal offers proximity to many fine natural, cultural and leisure activities. There are many walking and running paths, for example in the coastal forest and along the 3-4 km long beach, or to the Skallen viewpoint. 5 km to Haverdal's excellent golf course (18 holes) and approx. 10 km to Tylösand. Neighboring an active soccer field for children. Tennis courts and miniature golf are available in the village. Antiqueties and simular shop and SIA ice cream factory with sales in nearby Slöinge. 1 km to Hemköp, 300 m to a well-stocked kiosk with food service. Farm shops nearby. About 11 km to Halmstad's western shopping center "Flygstaden" with a variety of products (ICA, Willys, Systemet, Clas Ohlson, etc.). Several good restaurants in the neighboring village.
